We know what you're thinking. "Terms and Conditions? Seriously? Another impenetrable wall of text?" Well, NO! At Iconsax, we believe creativity flows best when the rules of the game are as clear and inspiring as your own designs.

You're about to enter not just an icon library (V1 already proved we were serious with its 6,000+ free icons), but the ultimate creative arsenal of Iconsax V2. An expanding universe with tens of thousands of icons (yes, over 40,000 and counting!), static, animated, with styles for every project personality, ready to integrate into your websites, apps, or directly onto your Figma canvas. You can even create your own with our AI!

This Manifesto is our pact with you. It's an honest chat, no hidden fine print, about how to use this galaxy of resources incredibly, respecting our team's work and that of the entire Iconsax community. We want you to know what you can do (almost everything!), what we ask in return (very little), and how together we can make design more visual, powerful, and, why not, fun.

Read it carefully, because by using the magic of Iconsax (by registering, downloading icons, using the Iconsax.io, Figma plugin, or any part of Iconsax V2), you're accepting these rules of the game.

Chapter 1: What is iconsax V2 & How do we talk? (The Essential Dictionary!)

“Iconsax from A to Z: The Manifesto Starts Here, No Secrets!”

First things first... What ARE we? We are your ULTIMATE ICON ARSENAL! The solution to stop you running in circles searching for THAT icon you need, that truly rocks, that fits your project, your idea, your vision – your dream! – like a glove! We are your command center to find, tweak, and deploy the perfect icon like never before.

Our mission? TO BREAK MOLDS and make your creative life RADICALLY EASIER! With us, you'll find what you're looking for, and if not, we're already creating it, or soon you'll create it yourself with the integrated AI that's already cooking. Each of our icons has been carefully crafted, forming part of a library curated with pure passion and intention, totally cohesive, optimized to fly, and designed for BRUTAL flexibility.

Now that this is crystal clear, let's dive step-by-step into this Manifesto that promises a whole lot! And so you can navigate it like a fish in water and understand every detail perfectly, we need to speak the same language, right?

2. You / Creator: Whether you're a designer, developer, marketer, content creator, or any restless mind who uses the magic and arsenal of Iconsax to build things that are visually functional, effective, awesome, and impactful. Yes, this Manifesto is our pact with you!

3. Icon(s) (Iconsax): Each graphical symbol from our official Iconsax library (be it Free or Premium), in any type, style, ending, or available format, whether you find it on our platforms, download it to integrate, or use it directly from our tools. An Iconsax Icon is always the property of Iconsax, carries our unique design DNA, is optimized for action, and ready to give superpowers to your creations. It's Iconsax magic made pixel!

4. Web Platform (iconsax.io): Your online headquarters, the epicenter of Iconsax! Here you find EVERYTHING: from the complete icon arsenal (+40k and counting), advanced customization to infinity, all export formats (with code ready for devs!), Premium Project management and...counting, to everything you need to know or manage to use them. Your creative command center!

5. Iconsax Plugin for Figma: Your DIRECT ninja shortcut to the heart of Iconsax, without leaving Figma! Our official plugin for you to search, filter, tweak, manage projects, drag, replace... icons onto your canvas like magic. Creativity without interruptions and at full speed!

6. Usage Manifesto (This Document): Your rules of the game, straight up and fair! It's this very document where we tell you clearly and directly how to use the Iconsax universe to create awesome things, respecting the hard work of our team and the entire community. Consider this our honor pact with you; using Iconsax means you're on board.

1.2 The Stage... to Go Big

Let's conceptualize what's missing, so we can navigate this Usage Manifesto with nothing holding us back

7. IA Generate Iconsax: AI magic with our style (Coming soon!). The tool integrated into our Web Platform to generate unique and custom icons via credits when you need something super specific.

8. Iconsax Free License (Proprietary): Your direct access . Our pact of trust with you, personal, worldwide, not exclusive, non-transferable, and non-revocable. It grants you broad rights of USE (important: not ownership) of our FREE icons, for you to integrate them into your End Products, whether personal or commercial. (All detailed usage rules in Chap. 3).

9. Iconsax Premium License (Proprietary): Your master key. Our pact with you, activated by subscription to a paid plan. It is personal, not exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, and revocable. It unlocks access to the complete arsenal of PREMIUM features and icons, granting you broad rights of USE (important: not ownership) over them for your End Products, personal and commercial. (All detailed usage rules in Chap. 3).

14. Final Product: The website, app, design, video, t-shirt, etc., that you create for your own use or to deliver to ONE specific client. It's the final result of your creative work where the icons are integrated.

15. Digital Item for Sale/Distribution: That UI Kit, Template, Theme, Framework, Preset, or similar that you create with the intention for OTHER CREATORS to buy or download it to use as a base or tool in their own projects. Heads up, special rules apply here!

16. Attribution: The act of giving public credit to Iconsax (iconsax.io) as the source of the icons. For Free and Premium icons, it's generally optional (but a voluntary shout-out is always appreciated and helps us a ton!). Mandatory only if you use Iconsax icons (be they Free or Premium) in Digital Products for sale or distribution (e.g., Templates, UI Kits).

17. Resale / Sublicensing: Selling, renting, or giving permission to others to use Iconsax icons as if they were yours or under another license. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!

18. Redistribution: Absolute Red Line! It means offering, sharing, or facilitating the download of Iconsax icon files (loose SVGs, full packs, font files...) outside of the official platform iconsax.io. This includes giving them directly to your clients or end-users as standalone files. The icons must always be integrated as a functional part of Final Products.

19. Derivative Work: A new creation you make using Iconsax icons (modified or not). You can make them for your Final Products, but you cannot sell/distribute the modified icons as a new icon set. The authorship of the base icon always belongs to us.

Chapter 2: Iconsax V1 & V2: Real Talk (The Evolution!)

"The past was cool, but the future with V2 ROCKS!"

Hey creative crew! Before diving into the details of the V2 licenses in the next chapter, let's clear up an important point: the transition from our beloved Iconsax V1 and those 6,000 free icons that absolutely killed it.

2.2 The Solution: V2 to the Rescue with Clarity and Our Own Rules

That's why we've created this Manifesto and, above all, our super clear Iconsax Proprietary Licenses: one Free License and one Premium License. We want you to know exactly what the deal is, no weird fine print, and protect this project so it keeps growing and being awesome for everyone. The details for each start in Chapter 3.

2.3. Ok, So What About the Iconic V1 Icons and Existing Creations?

1. They're Still ALIVE and FREE Here in V2! All +6,000 icons you love so much are available for free on the Iconsax V2 platform (iconsax.io) and in the plugin. We haven't hidden them!

2. The V1 .zip Pack is Retiring: We've decided to stop offering the giant V1 .zip pack for direct download. Why? To avoid the "anything goes" chaos of uncontrolled mass distribution and encourage you to use the V2 tools (Web Platform and Plugin), which are way more powerful, flexible, and let you download only what you need (your hard drive will thank you!).

3. V2 Style Access: Now you grab those icons (the V1 originals and the thousands of new ones) always from iconsax.io or the Figma Plugin. Use the search, filters, customize them on the fly... You'll find it's much better this way!

4.IMPORTANT - V2 Rules Apply NOW!: If you download or use NOW any icon from the V2 platform or plugin (including the original V1 designs), the new and shiny Iconsax V2 License rules apply, which we'll detail next.

5. Regarding Those Existing Static V1 Libraries/Packs (Figma Community, etc.): We've said it: zero "witch hunts". We won't chase down those specific static V1 files already published. BUT, our current policy for them is crystal clear:

• Limited Scope: That consideration is exclusive to those specific pre-existing static V1 files. It is NOT general permission to redistribute Iconsax icons in any way.
• Plugins Always Forbidden! The creation, use, or distribution of ANY plugin (other than the Official Iconsax Plugin) for any platform using our name or icons is strictly forbidden.
• Creating New Packs/Libraries for Redistribution Forbidden: Creating and distributing NEW packs or libraries for the purpose of selling or distributing Iconsax icons violates our No Redistribution and No Resale rules (see Chap. 3). Icons must be used integrated, as permitted by the licenses.

2.5. Standing Up to Misuse in the V2 Era

With V2 and this Manifesto, the resale, redistribution, and misuse of our icons and tools (including attempts to replicate or exploit our official plugin – see details in Chap. 8) are CLEARLY FORBIDDEN, and we will be firm in defending our rules. The past is past, now we play by V2 rules!

We firmly believe this leap to V2 is a GIANT step forward for everyone: more icons, better tools, clearer and fairer rules... All so that you, Unstoppable Creator, keep making magic!

Chapter 3: Your creative passport – Uncomplicated licenses

"Three paths, one destination: making your projects shine."

Alright! We're speaking the same language now (thanks to Chapters 1 & 2 ). Now let's get to the heart of the matter: the proprietary licenses that give you the power to use the Iconsax arsenal. We've designed two main routes (Free and Premium) plus the AI option, each with its specific advantages and conditions detailed here.

This chapter decodes the key terms of each license so you know exactly what rights and responsibilities your Iconsax "creative passport" grants you. Clarity and fair play above all!

3.1 Iconsax Free License: Free Power with a Clear Pact

By downloading or using our icons designated as "Free" from our Web Platform (iconsax.io), or the Figma Plugin, Iconsax grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-revocable license to use said collection of Free icons (currently 6,000). This license is granted under the following fundamental conditions and limits:

B. Attribution for Free Icons

The Iconsax Free License establishes the following attribution conditions:

1. For Use in End Products: When using Free icons as integrated elements in your End Products (such as your website, application, graphic design for a client, social media post, or your own merchandise), attribution to Iconsax.io is NOT REQUIRED. You are free to create without needing to mention us. If, by your own choice, you wish to give credit to Iconsax... that's your vibe and we think it's an awesome gesture!

2. For Use in Digital Products Intended for Sale or Distribution: If you use Iconsax Free icons as part of a Digital Product (such as, but not limited to, Templates, UI Kits, Themes, website builders, or any other digital product you offer for third-party use, whether free or paid) that you are going to sell or distribute, attribution to Iconsax.io IS an essential and inseparable condition of this license. Said attribution must be:

• Public, clear, and visible within the Digital Product and/or its accompanying documentation.
• Include a functional link to iconsax.io.
• Be easily locatable by the end-user of your Digital Product. (We recommend you consult our Attribution Guide to see suggested formats and examples).

C. Duration and Number of icons

1. License Duration: For personal use, this license is yours indefinitely, FOREVER! Your commitment is simple: use the icons according to our Usage Rules (it's our pact for the good of the community and so the magic can continue) and as long as our Iconsax tools remain available. Playing fair means valuing the hard work we do at Iconsax to give you the best.

2. Number of Icons (per Final/Digital Products): Unlimited! Use as many Iconsax icons as you need to make the functionality and UI/UX of your creation spectacular. Here, your vision rules. The ONLY golden rule here is: The source files of the icons are NEVER delivered to the client or end-user. You must only provide the icons already integrated and functional within your product.

3.2 Iconsax Premium License: Maximum Creative Freedom (No Strings Attached)

By purchasing and keeping active an Iconsax Premium paid subscription or license (either Pro Plan or Team Plan), Iconsax grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as stipulated in the Team Plan for seat management), and revocable license to access and use the COMPLETE Iconsax icon collection (Free icons + Premium icons, static and animated) available during the term of your plan or license. But heads up, always under these clear rules!:

A. Your Premium Superpower: What Can You Do?

1. UNLIMITED USE - OPEN BAR!: You have free rein to access the entire arsenal of our icons (Free and Premium) for Personal Use and Commercial Usewith no project limit (even paid ones!), nor icon limit, always integrated into your Final Products. This explicitly includes (but is not limited to):

• Websites and applications (free, paid, subscription, even paid SaaS!..).
• Marketing and advertising materials (online and offline).
• Merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) that you sell.
• Videos, presentations, educational material...
• Use in logos/trademarks (customize them! to ensure uniqueness).

2. MODIFY AND COMBINE without fear: Change colors, strokes, shape... make them fit perfectly! Tweak them so they vibe with your brand and fit perfectly into your Final Products. Just make sure to maintain the Iconsax style, let our signature remain their essence – don't turn them into Frankenstein's monster!

B. Your Access Key to this license

• Pro Plan: Your individual throne. License for ONE, non-transferable. Pay for your pass (Monthly/Annual/Lifetime V2) and get creating!
• Team Plan: Shared license, the power of the tribe! The Master or owner manages the subscription (Monthly, Annual) and invites members, paying a cost per seat. The Owner is responsible for the entire team's compliance. The usage rights are the same as the PRO License for the Master and each added member.

C. Clear Limits (What You CANNOT Do - Premium Edition)

1. Iconsax Authorship: The license gives you permission for USE, NOT intellectual property ownership. Icon authorship always belongs to Iconsax. You cannot claim the creation of the icons.

2. Personal License: Your Pro Plan or your Team Plan seats CANNOT be sold, assigned, gifted, or transferred to another person or entity. It's Non-Transferable!

3. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN: Resale / Sublicensing / Redistribution of FILES! You cannot sell, license, rent, or redistribute the icon files (SVG, fonts, etc.), neither loose nor in packs. Icons are for integrating into your creations, not for trafficking! Not for reselling as assets!

• They must be an integrated functional resource, not the product itself.

• Limit: Max 500 Premium icons per distributable digital item (or the equivalent mix of Free and Premium).

• MANDATORY ATTRIBUTION - YES OR YES! Even if using Premium, in THIS CASE you must clearly attribute Iconsax (iconsax.io) in your product/documentation. That's the condition!

• End User WITHOUT Premium License: Whoever uses your item DOES NOT get an Iconsax Premium (or FREE) license. They need their own for other uses. YOU MUST include clear explanatory text for them about these conditions - check our Guide/Attribution Model for Kits.

E. Duration and Revocation

1. Your Premium usage permission lasts as long as your subscription (Monthly/Annual for Pro/Team) is active and paid up, or forever if you purchased a Lifetime license (Lifetime V2 Pro), provided you comply with this Manifesto.
2. Heads up! Red card if you play dirty. Iconsax reserves the right to revoke your Premium license (and suspend access) if we detect a serious breach of these terms (e.g., resale, mass redistribution, violation of Team Plan terms, non-payment...). Let's keep the good vibes going!

Chapter 4: GREEN LIGHT / RED LIGHT – what's cool and what's not with the icons

Being part of the "Iconsax Tribe" means joining a community of creators who, like you, seek to revolutionize their designs with impactful icons. In Iconsax V2, there are two ways to feel like a part, and your Iconsax account plays a key role when you decide to go all in.

5.1 Access and Licenses: Free vs. Premium on the Web

1. With Free Icons: Instant Welcome, Creator!: You're Already in the Tribe! From the very moment you start using our platforms (the iconsax.io website or our Figma Plugin) to explore, customize, or download any of our +6,000 Free icons, you're already considered a fundamental part of the Iconsax family and tribe! For this, you DO NOT need to create any account or register. We want zero barriers for you to start creating.
2. With a Premium Subscription: Your VIP Pass to the Tribe. When you decide you need the COMPLETE arsenal and Premium superpowers (Pro or Team Plans), creating your Iconsax account and activating your subscription is what formalizes your VIP access to the best of our tribe. Your account is your personal command center.

5.2 Your Iconsax Account: What's It Really For? (Your Control Panel)

While Free access is account-free, creating an Iconsax account becomes essential and gives you full control when you opt for our Premium services or want to manage more advanced aspects of your Iconsax experience:

3. Activate and Manage your Premium License (Pro/Team): It's the master key to unlock and manage your Premium plan, whether it's an individual Pro or as the Owner of a Team Plan.
4. Access to the Complete Arsenal: Your account (with an active subscription) allows you to access the +40,000 icons (Free + Premium, static), animated icons, icons in source format, and Pro features on the web and plugin.
5. Project Management (Premium): Save, organize, and quickly access your custom icon collections (Projects) across all platforms.
6. Manage Team Members (Team Plan): From your account, you invite, manage, and control your team members' seats.

In summary: for Free stuff, enjoy it without strings attached! For the Premium universe and personalized management, your Iconsax account is your indispensable ally.

Chapter 6: Your Premium Superpower: Plans (Pro/Team) & Payments

Our Premium plans open the doors to the full power of Iconsax V2. Choose the one that vibes with your creative style. To access and manage any of them, you'll need an active Iconsax account, which will be your command center for all things Premium.

6.1 Pro Plan: The Solo Creator's Edge

1. Your Individual Throne: Perfect if you fly solo: freelancers, individual designers, independent devs... You and your genius!
2. Access and Payment: You get full Premium access with flexible options: Monthly or Annual subscription. We also offer a specific Lifetime V2 option for this version. (Always check the Pricing Page for current options). Your Iconsax account manages your access and payments.
3. The Golden Rule: One license = ONE user. Your Pro access is personal and non-transferable. It's your exclusive master key.

6.2 Team Plan: The Collaborative Hub (Flexible & Shared) Coming soon

1. Lead the Charge: This plan starts with YOU as the license owner. You subscribe via your Iconsax account and manage your team from there.
2. Invite Your Tribe (From Anywhere!): Add colleagues, external collaborators, clients, friends to your team... wherever they are! Ideal for distributed teams, agencies, or joint projects. Maximum flexibility.
3. Pay-Per-Seat (More Affordable): Add members ("seats") to your plan (up to your plan's limit) paying a reduced cost for each one. You control how many seats you need. Payments via Monthly or Annual subscription. (Check the Pricing Page for exact details and costs).

5. Easy Management: We provide tools within your account to easily add, remove, and manage your invited members

6.3 Key Notes (For Both Premium Flavors)

1. Total Premium Access: Both Pro and Team give you access to the complete arsenal of +40,000 icons (the sum of Free + Premium, static and animated available in your plan).
2. Priority Support: You jump the queue! You have priority access to our support team via the official Vuesax Discord (details in Chap. 9).

6.4 Payment and Subscription Terms (The Cash, Made Clear!)

Here we tell you how payment works for Premium plans and what happens if you cancel. Total transparency!

1. Secure Payment Gateway: All payments (Monthly/Annual subscriptions, Lifetime V2 Pro, AI Credits) are processed through a secure, industry-standard payment gateway. Your data is protected.
2. Automatic Debit (Subscriptions): If you choose a subscription plan (Monthly or Annual), payment will be charged automatically at the start of each period (month or year) using the payment method you have registered, so you don't have to worry! You can manage your payment method from your account.
3. Pricing: The prices for each plan are those indicated on our Pricing Page at the time of your purchase or renewal. We reserve the right to modify prices for future subscription periods or new purchases (we would always try to provide reasonable advance notice, no surprises!).

5. Refund Exception: The only exception would be in case of a MAJOR technical failure attributable to Iconsax that completely prevents you from accessing or using the Premium service shortly after making the payment, and which we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe. To channel your refund request, notify us of your case via the #support Forum channel (Vuesax Discord), tagging "Refund".
6. Cancellation by You (Subscriptions): You can cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription whenever you want from your account panel to prevent future automatic renewals. No strings attached! Upon cancelling, you will continue to have full Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for (the current month or year). Enjoy what you paid for!
7. Cancellation for Breach (Red Card): Heads up! If we detect that you have seriously breached this Manifesto (e.g., resale of icons, mass redistribution, flagrant license violation), Iconsax reserves the right to cancel your license and suspend your access immediately, after prior notice stating the reasons, and no refund will be applied for the remaining time of the paid period. Play fair!
8. And my icons if I cancel the subscription (normally)? (IMPORTANT!) Here's the good part: Premium icons that you have already downloaded and used INTEGRATED into Final Products (your websites, apps, client designs...) DURING the time your Premium subscription was VALID, can continue to exist and be displayed in those specific products perpetually. The license covered the creation of those works at the time. What you CANNOT do after cancelling is use Premium icons (not even those you already downloaded) to create NEW projects or make NEW uses that require an active license. For that, you would need to reactivate your subscription or have a Lifetime license.

Chapter 7: Iconsax.io Web Platform – Your Visual Command Center

The official web platform iconsax.io isn't just a website; it's your online headquarters, your interactive command center to explore the entire Iconsax arsenal, customize every icon down to the last detail, and download all that visual power directly to your projects. It's the heart of our ecosystem, designed for your workflow and constantly evolving.

7.1 Your Command Center: A Quick Tour & What's Brewing

Our platform is engineered for you to find and tweak exactly what you need – fast and super smooth! Currently, your main action zones are:

1. The Main Gallery/Icon Viewer: Home to our entire visual arsenal where it all lives and breathes. This is where the selection magic happens, especially with our original Slide-Select feature – just click, hold your mouse button, and glide over any icons to instantly add (or remove) them to your "Selected Icons" list. Pure UX bliss designed by us!
2. Power Filters & Advanced Search Panels: Your precision toolkit to absolutely NAIL the exact icon you're hunting for. Filter by style (Linear, Bold, Duotone, etc.), category, stroke weight, or dive deep with keyword search to pinpoint your gem in seconds.

4. Your Workspace ("Selected Icons" & "Projects"): Your personal mission control for organizing your icon selections. The "Selected Icons" tab is your temporary stash for quick grabs (works seamlessly for Free icons without an account). "Projects" (a Premium superpower!) lets you save, name, and manage persistent collections. Both areas feature that slick group configuration dropdown panel at the bottom, allowing you to apply batch edits – like color, size, or export format – to your entire current selection like a true boss!

1. As we've mentioned (check out Chapter 5 for the full lowdown), access to and use of our platform is INMEDIATE – yeah, you heard us! You DON'T need to create an account to use our platform and download our FREE icons.
2. Now, to unlock the full Premium firepower, of course, we DO need you to register and select one of the available Premium plans. That'll swing open the gates to the entire icon arsenal (static, animated), and to advanced features like: Saving icons in Projects, Font icons, among others.
3. Acceptance of Terms: Remember, simply by using the iconsax.io platform (whether you have an account or not) or downloading icons from it, you accept and commit to complying with the licenses (Chap. 3) and all the rules of this Manifesto.

7.3 Smart "À la Carte" Download (Your Control, Our Sustainable Ecosystem)

1. À la Carte' Philosophy, Zero Hoarding: We hate useless mass downloads. Our platform is designed for you to select and download EXACTLY the icons you need, customized and in the perfect format for your project. Pure efficiency!
2. Daily Download Limits (Yes, There Are Rules!): To ensure fair, responsible use and prevent abuse (like automated mass downloads for redistribution or piracy, totally forbidden!), there are daily download limits. These limits may vary, apply to both Free and Premium users (although specific limits may differ depending on the plan), and are designed for you to get what you reasonably need for your current projects.

b. Filter and Search like a PRO: Use all our advanced search and filtering tools to find the perfect icon in seconds.

c. Customize EACH ICON to the Max: When you click on an icon (in the gallery or your selection), its individual pop-up customization panel appears where you can fine-tune colors, stroke weights, sizes, and more, just for THAT icon!

d. Select Multiple Icons with Style thanks to our original Slide-Select: A signature UX gem! Forget tedious clicking. Just press and hold the mouse button and slide it over the icons in the gallery to instantly add them (or remove them if you slide back over) to your "Selected Icons" list in Your Workspace. Fast, intuitive, and addictively awesome!

e. Apply Changes IN BULK to your Entire Selection: From Your Workspace (in "Selected Icons" or within a Premium "Project"), find and expand the "Group Configuration" section (usually located below your list of selected icons). The adjustments you make here (like color, size, or export format for download) will apply to ALL icons in your current selection at once. A spectacular time-saver!

f. Manage Your Selections and Projects: Temporarily group icons in your "Selected Icons" list (available without an account for Free icons) or, if you're a Premium user, save, organize, and manage permanent collections in the "Projects" section.

g. Download Free Icons as You Wish: Get the Free icons you need, individually or as custom packs, without an account and in multiple standard formats (like SVG, PNG, WebP, and Code Component). (The Font Iconformat is an exclusive benefit of Premium plans). Always respect the daily limits.

h. Download the Premium Arsenal (With Exclusive Font Icon Format!): With your active Premium account, download any icon from the complete arsenal (including animated ones and variants) in all available formats, including the powerful and exclusive Font Icon format, and manage your Projects.

i. Integrate with Your Workflow: Use the platform as your main and official source to get and prepare Iconsax icons before integrating them into your End Products or Digital Products.

7.5 Fair Play on the Platform: The Red Lines

This chapter has focused on all the awesome things you CAN do with iconsax.io. However, like any house with rules, some actions are "Really Not Cool" and constitute misuse of the platform.

Chapter 8: Magic in Figma – The Official Iconsax Plugin

"Your favorite icons, just a click away in your favorite tool."

If you live and breathe Figma (like many of us!), our Official Plugin is your best ally to integrate the power of Iconsax directly into your flow without interruptions. This chapter defines the specific rules of the game for using this magic tool. 

8.1 The OFFICIAL Plugin (Don't Get Fooled by Fakes!)

1. It's Unique and Ours: There is only ONE Official Iconsax Plugin for Figma, created and maintained by our team. You'll find it by searching "Iconsax" directly in the Figma Community. That, and only that, is the legitimate plugin. Beware of imitations or unofficial clones!
2. Its Mission: It's designed for you to access the Iconsax arsenal (search, filter, preview styles/animations!), manage your Premium Projects, and use the icons (hello, drag & drop SVG!) directly in your Figma designs.
3. Replicating or Impersonating FORBIDDEN!: No one else is authorized to create, distribute, or maintain plugins using the "Iconsax" name or offering our icon arsenal (Free or Premium). Always use the official one to guarantee security, access to the correct licenses, and all updated functionalities.

8.2 Access and Licenses via Plugin (The Same Rules of the Game Apply)

1. Unified Pact: Fundamental! The icons you access and use through the plugin (be they Free or Premium) are governed by the exact same Iconsax Proprietary Licenses (Free and Premium) defined in Chapter 3 of this Manifesto. Installing and using the plugin means you accept and will comply with those terms.
2. Free Power for All (No Login): You can install and use the plugin to search, preview, and drag the +6,000 Free icons without needing to log in with an Iconsax account. Available for the entire Figma community!

8.3 Team Plan and Collaboration in Figma: Shared Power, Shared Responsibility!

1. Premium Power for Your Team: If you are the Owner of a Team Plan, members you invite who have an active seat can log into the Figma plugin and access all Premium content and features under your shared license.
2. Owner's Responsibility (Always!): As the Owner of the Team Plan, you remain responsible for compliance with this Manifesto by all members using the plugin under your license (see details in Chap. 6 and consequences in Chap. 10).
3. Seat Management: Managing who has access (adding/removing members) is done from your account on the iconsax.io web platform.

8.4 V1 Creations in the Figma Community (Context and Current Status)

1. Thanks and Zero "Witch Hunts": We reiterate our thanks to those who created resources (libraries, static packs) with V1 Free icons in the Figma Community. We will not actively pursue those pre-existing static V1 files.
2. The V2 Era Rules!: However, as explained in Chapter 2, the V2 rules apply NOW to any use of Iconsax icons obtained from our current tools (web or plugin).
3. Limits for V1 Resources Found in the Community:

• That consideration is only for those specific pre-existing static V1 files and does not grant general permission to redistribute Iconsax icons.
• It is strictly forbidden to use those V1 icons (or any Iconsax icon) to create unofficial plugins.
• It is forbidden to create and distribute NEW packs or libraries (even based on found V1 icons) for the sale/distribution of Iconsax icons. Always use the official plugin and website to access and use icons according to our current licenses.

The plugin is your direct bridge to the Iconsax universe inside Figma. Use it to boost your creativity and play fair!

8.5 Plugin Fair Play (Specific Red Lines)

The Official Iconsax Plugin is a powerful tool designed for your benefit. Using it correctly is key. While this chapter highlights what you CAN do, it's vital to remember that certain actions are completely out of line.

The specific Red Lines regarding plugin misuse (such as attempts to replicate it, bypass login, massively extract icons beyond their Figma integration purpose, or create unofficial plugins) and the consequences of crossing them are detailed in Chapter 10: "Play Fair or Red Card!". We strongly recommend reviewing it.

Integrate Iconsax into Figma like never before and take your designs to another galaxy!

Chapter 9: Always Improving – Updates and Support

"We create with passion, protect it wisely."

Let's make it CRYSTAL CLEAR who owns what in the Iconsax universe! Understanding this is fundamental so we can all create and play fair.

9.1 Iconsax's Exclusive Property

The “Iconsax” brand, our logos, the Web Platform (iconsax.io) and the Official Figma Plugin (including their design, code, and functionalities), all our illustrations, promotional texts, and, crucially, the original designs of ALL iconspresent in our Free and Premium collections are OUR exclusive Intellectual Property. They result from our hard work, creativity, and the unique Iconsax DNA. This ownership applies to the icon designs whether they are used in their original state, modified, or combined by you.

9.3 Special Case: AI-Generated Icons (The Important Nuance) 

When you use our future "IA Generate Iconsax" tool (coming soon!):

1. The specific resulting design that YOU generate using your credits, as an individual final work, will not be considered Iconsax Intellectual Property per se.
2. However, the use of the AI tool itself is fully subject to the terms of this Manifesto.
3. And crucially: the distinctive STYLE and Iconsax DNA that the integrated AI applies to generate those icons DOES reflect our authorship, criteria, and creative direction. That "Iconsax touch" is our non-transferable seal!

9.4 Your Commitment: Play Fair and Respect What's Ours! 

By using any part of the Iconsax ecosystem, you firmly commit to respecting our Intellectual Property. This means, at a minimum:

1. NOT misusing or causing confusion with our "Iconsax" brand or logos.
2. NOT attempting to copy, replicate, decompile, or reverse engineer our Web Platform, our Official Figma Plugin, or any other tool of ours.
3. NEVER declaring or implying that you created the designs of the icons belonging to our Free or Premium collections. Authorship is clearly ours.

Complying with the Manifesto and playing fair is essential! This way we protect Iconsax's value and ensure we can keep offering you awesome tools and designs.

Chapter 10: Fair play or game over – Termination

"Rules are meant to be followed. If not, the game ends."

"For those who get too clever (this is just for you! )... This Manifesto is our good faith pact. For Iconsax to remain an awesome and fair creative ecosystem for everyone, there are certain lines that simply CANNOT be crossed. Crossing them has consequences, because protecting our hard work and our community is sacred."

10.1 Scope of These Rules and V1 -> V2 Transition (Get Up to Speed!)

The consequences described herein apply primarily to breaches under the V2 rules of this Manifesto (effective since May 7, 2025). As we detailed in Chapter 2, we are not going on a retroactive "witch hunt" for static V1 products (Libraries, Packs...) created and published before that date. You choose whether to keep using those old third-party tools or switch to the power and clarity of Iconsax's official V2 tools.

BUT HEADS UP, CREATOR OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS WITH V1! If your "digital items" (Templates, UI Kits, Themes, etc.) based on V1 icons are still on sale or in active distribution after the V2 launch, you MUST update them NOW to comply with V2 rules. This includes, YES OR YES, the mandatory Iconsax attribution where applicable (see Clauses 3.1.B / 3.2.C) in their descriptions, sales pages, or documentation. It's time to get on the V2 wavelength!

10.2 RED LINES! What You MUST NEVER Do (Serious Breaches That Trigger Consequences)

Breaking these rules means looking for serious trouble and activating the "red card." We consider serious breaches to be:

1. Regarding the Icons Themselves (Free or Premium):

• Reselling, Sublicensing, or Redistributing is a HUGE NO-GO! ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! This includes dishing out icon files (SVGs, fonts, etc.) loose, in packs, or from any unofficial platform. Icons are for integrating into your awesome creations, not for trafficking as if they were your own damn property!
• A Big NO to "Fake Packs": Creating and selling/distributing "new" icon sets that are just tweaks or re-bundles of our stuff. Original authorship always belongs to Iconsax. Period.

2. Regarding the Use of Our Tools (Iconsax.io Web and Figma Plugin):

• No to Piracy: Trying to bypass the login to access Premium features or icons without a valid, active license.
• No to Download Abuse: Scraping, automated mass downloads, or any attempt to manipulate or unnaturally exceed download limits.
• No Poking Around in the Guts: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or trying to copy/replicate the code or design of our Web Platform or Official Plugin.
• Unofficial Plugins? NEVER EVER!: Creating, using, or distributing any plugin (other than the Official Iconsax Plugin) for any platform using the "Iconsax" name or our icons.

3. Regarding Licenses and Accounts:

• Personal Use is Personal: Sharing your individual Pro Plan login details. That's what the Team Plan is for, folks!
• Dirty Play in a Team: Serious breaches of the Team Plan terms by the Owner or their invited members.
• Non-Payment of Premium Subscriptions: Missing payments for your Premium plan recurrently or fraudulently.
• General Flagrant Violation: Any other action that deliberately and seriously violates the fundamental terms of this Manifesto and causes harm.

10.3 Notification and Consequences (How We Act When There's a Foul):

If we detect a serious breach:

Notice (Generally): We will try to contact you, if feasible and the infraction allows, to understand the situation and seek a solution. However, in cases of flagrant abuse, action may be immediate.

Action by Iconsax: We will take measures to protect our rights and the community. Consequences vary:

1. For the Free License: Breaching V2 rules (especially attribution in Digital Products or the no-redistribution rule) means you break the pact of trust. Your use of the icons, in that case, is no longer covered or legitimized by the license we offered you. Although we cannot technically block your access (as registration is not required for initial download), if the breach is serious, persistent, and causes demonstrable harm, we will consider it illicit use. In these severe cases, Iconsax explicitly reserves the right to take all pertinent legal actions to protect our Intellectual Property and seek compensation. We trust in your fair play!
2. For Premium Licenses (Pro, Team, and Pro Lifetime V2):

a. A serious breach or non-payment (for subscription plans) can lead to the IMMEDIATE suspension or termination of your license and your access to all Premium content and features.

b. Upon termination of your license due to a breach, you lose the right to use Premium icons (even those already downloaded) to create NEW projects or make NEW uses that require an active license. 

c. ATTENTION, TEAM PLAN OWNERS! As the responsible party for your team, a serious breach committed by JUST ONE member of your Team Plan can result in the termination of the license for the ENTIRE team. Choose and supervise your tribe carefully!

d. In the event of license termination due to a breach, no refunds will be made, neither for remaining subscription periods nor for the cost of a one-time payment plan (Lifetime). 

e. Special Note for Pro Lifetime V2 Plans: Acquiring a "lifetime" license grants you continued access to the V2 Premium arsenal as it exists and is updated, but this incredible benefit does not exempt you from strict compliance with this Manifesto. If a Lifetime Pro user "gets too clever" and commits a serious violation of these terms, their license will also be terminated without any right to a refund. Trust and fair play are the foundation of any "forever" agreement".

Play fair, respect the hard work and the rules, and let's keep Iconsax an awesome and positive creative space for everyone!

Chapter 12: Always Improving – Updates and Support

"Iconsax isn't a snapshot, it's a constantly rolling film."

Using Iconsax V2 means betting on a LIVING project that never stops improving. By using it, you understand and accept this:

2. Support = Discord + Community (That's Where the Party's At!): For questions, bug reports, or cool ideas, your place is the official Vuesax Discord (link in Ch. 14). That's where the awesome community and the team lend a hand. You accept that it's not an instant 24/7 service, but a collaborative effort. Your detailed reports are PURE GOLD for everyone!
3. Premium Priority (Your VIP Pass): If you're Pro or Team, your voice has priority on Discord. We read you sooner, but magic still needs its time!
4. Evolution = Dropping Ballast: To keep Iconsax fresh and powerful, we reserve the right, if we so decide, to "retire" very old content, or any we deem necessary. We'll notify if it happens. It's the natural pruning to grow stronger. Always forward! See more Support

By using Iconsax, you embrace its dynamism and our community-based approach. We keep giving it our all together!

Chapter 13: The manifesto evolves – Future changes

"Adapt or become obsolete. Also applies to legal texts!"

The digital world changes, laws change, and we evolve too. It's possible we might need to update this Manifesto from time to time. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know (by email, on the platform, or both). If you continue using Iconsax after the update, we understand you agree to the new version. We'll always post the last revision date at the top!

By the way, if we change the terms, those changes apply going forward. Your past usage under previous terms remains covered by those terms. No retroactive surprises! We want you to keep creating with confidence.

Chapter 14: The fine print (But important) – Jurisdiction and contact

"Let’s be clear, even on the legal stuff."

This agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom. If we ever have a serious dispute (let's hope not!), we'll try to resolve it amicably. If that's not possible, the competent courts will be those of United Kingdom.
